Christmas

Christmas morning Gabriela got a surprise visit from Santa! She was so excited. He even brought her a gift. It was a good thing he came to the house because we did not make it to the mall for Santa pictures this year. We had so much fun with all of our Christmas get togethers. The cousins had a blast playing together. Jude is the ring leader, and they love when he is in town.

Addison is saying "Mama!" It's so sweet. She has the biggest smile on her face and looks so proud of herself. Xander is saying "Dadada." They both are pulling up and waking along the couch. Today Xander stood up for two seconds by himself! Addison sleeps from 8-7:30. Xander still wakes up. The few times he has slept all night Gabriela wakes up!! We miss Nichy so much and can't wait to be reunited.

Xander

Xander has been sticking his tongue out this week. It is too cute! He just crawls around with his tongue hanging out! I think it feels good against his two bottom teeth. 

Gabriela

I love watching Gabriela grow. Lately, she is really interested in spelling and reading. She ask me about 10 times a day how to spell a word! She is very impressed with cursive handwriting. I explained to her that she needs to master print first. However, she is very impatient and can't wait for cursive!

It is so fun to see her interact with the babies. They love her and light up when they see her. They get song performances daily. The last couple nights she has put together puppet shows for them! Gabriela is such a big help. I am so proud of her and love being her Mom!

Halloween

A few months ago Gabriela said she wanted to be a hot dog for Halloween. Not sure where she got the idea. I didn't taker her seriously and figured she would change her mind. Boy was I wrong! She also came up with costumes for the babies. It turned out cute,  and I am excited to see what she has in mind next year!

Busy little babies

My life has changed! The babies are moving and getting into everything. Xander started crawling first. A few days later Addison joined him. This week Xander started pulling up on furniture. They are literally all over the place!

Xander loves balls! There could be the smallest ball underneath a chair. He will find it and do everything possible to get it.

Xander learned how to climb up the step first. Poor Addison would try and try. A few days ago she learned how. I was not that excited for her! 

They love taking baths. Tonight my Dad was here and helped me give them baths. Anytime someone is visiting I take advantage of the extra hands!
