Xander

Xander started rolling over! He still wants to eat every 3 hours! The last Dr. appointment they weighed the same. Lately Xander has seemed a bigger! 

He still loves cuddling with his sister. 

Moore Hope Run

I took the Tumblebus to the Moore Hope run last week. It was a fundraiser for the families that lost kids in the tornado. Gabriela found out it was a run. She begged to be in it. We warned her it was a mile run and she would be tired! She took off running with Nichy. I walked with the babies. When I found them towards the end Gabriela was on Nichys shoulders and he was running!! She did finish strong and ran across the finish line! 

After a lot of practice Gabriela learned how to draw a heart! She was so excited and spent the day making heart pictures for everyone!

Girls Trip

Last week Lindsay, Gabriela, and I took a road trip to Dallas. Nichy stayed home with the babies. We stayed at the Four Seasons and had a blast! We met a few of Gabriela's friends and their Moms there. Saturday we hung out by the pool all day. We went to dinner that night. The best part was sleeping until 6:00 in the morning with no interruptions!! Sunday we went to The American Girl Doll store! When we drove up Gabriela started squealing with excitement! She had money saved from her allowance, Grammy, and Uncle. She walked the entire store trying to decide what to buy and manage her money! After picking up a few items and then putting them back she decided to buy Saige!

Christmas in August

Gabriela was asked to perform in the Christmas in August show. This was her second year, and she had a blast. We had to do a song change last minute. She only had a week to learn her song "Little Drummer Boy!" I was so proud of her, and she continues to amaze me when she is on stage. I asked her if she ever gets nervous and she replied "no way"! This show is neat because she has a solo but also sings and dances in three other songs. There were a few costume changes, and everyone is rushing around backstage. Gabriela was the youngest performer. We all loved the last part of the show. Xander was Baby Jesus and was held high in the air! He loved the lights on stage and looked so cute!
